I am a private chef with over a decade of experience in NYC fine dining including stints at ABC Kitchen, Gabriel Kreuther (2 Michelin stars), and Momofuku Ko (2 Michelin Stars). Though well-versed in a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, regional Italian, and classic French, my cooking is best described as seasonally driven, thoughtfully sourced, and detail oriented. I am keen on scratch pastry production, and have experience tailoring menus for clients’ macronutrient or dietary needs. The idea is to apply the same level of consideration toward taco night on a weekday, as a heady five course menu for a special occasion!
