I am an NYC based private chef with over a decade of experience in fine dining including stints at ABC Kitchen, Gabriel Kreuther (2 Michelin stars), and Momofuku Ko (2 Michelin Stars). Though well-versed in a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, regional Italian, and classic French, my cooking is best described as seasonally driven, thoughtfully sourced, and very detail oriented. The idea is to apply the same level of thoughtfulness toward taco night on a weekday as a heady five course tasting menu for a special occasion!
